Content Management is integral to maintaining a fresh look on your site. Why pay a website developer to maintain the content when you can do so yourself through the simple "point and click" tools that the system provides to you?

Routinely providing new content is integral to creating "site stickiness". Site stickiness is a phrase used to reference how often you will have repeat visitors come to your website. Give them a reason to make return visits by regularly giving them new things to see. Make your site a place users want to visit - not one they simply have to.

The term "content" refers to the information that is available on a site - whether that information is presented as text, in graphical format, as a PowerPoint presentation, etc.

Network marketing sites are catering to "movers and shakers"; this is important to recognize in order to meet the needs of your target market.

MLM Builder helps you meet the market via the Portal. The powerful tools offered within the Portal enable you to regularly change content without the need of having a programmer touch the system. Not only can you keep the content fresh, but the security features enable you to dynamically provide different content on by user and by user group bases.

Navigation

While content should be exciting and change on a regular basis, navigation should be constant. Navigation represents the steps that users take to reach the tools and content they are looking for.

As an example, you may choose to change your "Distributor of the Week" content each Monday, but the way that users navigate to reach the Distributor of the Week page should remain the same.

Thoughtful navigation will create "customer paths" - established avenues that users not only know to travel down to reach information, but also established avenues that you wish to push them down. Remember, every time someone visits your site, you have the opportunity to make a sale.

Proper use of navigation and content update is essential to the sales process.

User Accessibility

User accessibility is the level of access an individual will have to the system; the security rights and permissions setup in the system.

We understand that everyone shouldn't see the same things. You may have different permission sets for different administrators, just as you may have different permission sets for different groups of customer service reps and even distributors.

As an example, you may have three ranks in your compensation plan - "Bronze", "Silver" and "Gold". You want Gold distributors to have access to tools that the others do not.

The system will allow you to set different access levels so that Gold distributors can see things that Bronze and Silver distributors cannot. Part of the power of this system is your ability to have custom content, navigation, tools, etc. appear on by user or by user group bases.

Replicating Websites

What are Replicating Websites?

Replicating websites are a point of prestige for your distributors and a tool to help them in their recruiting efforts.

Each distributor that enrolls with your company will be asked to choose a "URL" value - this value will serve as their self replicating site extension. As an example, if you chose "mlm" as your URL, your self replicating website would be www.yourcompany.com/mlm.

When that address is called from a browser, the corporate website would be pulled up, but with your personal contact information co-branded on it.

Replicating technology not only provides distributor's with online clout, it also helps in their recruiting efforts. When a prospect visits a distributor's replicating site and chooses to enroll, the appropriate sponsorship information is defaulted into the enrollment form. This ensures that the new enrollee is assigned to the correct sponsor and empowers the sponsoring distributor to direct others to the enrollment form without needing to physically be with them in order to successfully complete a signup.

Note: in order to take advantage of replicating websites, you must have a corporate website outside of the Portal that MLM Builder will provide to you.

Setting Up Replication

If you choose to host your corporate website with MultiSoft (no additional charge), we will outfit your site with replication for you.

If you choose to host your corporate website elsewhere, we will provide you with the code to make replication work, however you will be responsible for integrating that code into your website (low level of difficulty).

MAP Central

What is MAP Central?

MAP Central is a supermarket for tools and resources that you may wish to include with your system.

"MAP" is an acronym for "Modular Application Program". MAPs are items that you may wish to add to the Portal that is produced for you by MLM Builder.

Any piece of content, website or program that is available for use via the Internet can be made into a MAP and pulled direct into your Portal. This empowers you to make any Internet based tool or resource available to your distributors via the Portal - all docked and available for use within your user interface.

This is critical with respect to stickiness; create an environment that users want to revisit time and time again. Each time a user visits, you have the opportunity to make a sale.

Several tools and resources are available for you to add to your system via MAP Central. Check MAP Central regularly as new items become available.

Where do the MAPs come from?

Some of the MAPs in MAP Central are MultiSoft's own creations. Others are the product of third party vendors. Others yet are a result of the efforts of our own clients.
