User Accessibility

User accessibility is the level of access an individual will have to the system; the security rights and permissions setup in the system.

We understand that everyone shouldn't see the same things. You may have different permission sets for different administrators, just as you may have different permission sets for different groups of customer service reps and even distributors.

As an example, you may have three ranks in your compensation plan - "Bronze", "Silver" and "Gold". You may want Gold distributors to have access to tools that Bronze and Silver distributors don't.

The system will allow you to set different access levels so that Gold distributors can see things that Bronze and Silver distributors cannot. Part of the power of this system is your ability to have custom content, navigation, tools, etc. appear on by user or by user group basis.

Reporting

One of the strengths of this system is the reporting opportunities that it provides. Myriad standard reports exist that cover a wide array of functionality and system options: Accounting, AutoShip, Enrollment, Payment Statistics, Genealogies, Sales, etc.

MultiSoft can also design custom reports for you should they be needed.

All of the reports provided are truly useful, however it is impossible to forecast what any company’s reporting needs may be on a day to day basis. A special promotion may dictate the need to know all distributors who are over the age of 30 and live in a particular range of zip codes in Oregon.

No “canned” report is going to give you that information. We understand this and have opened the system up so that you can create your own reports to work off of it.

Each system provides you with a read only connection to the MPOL (mlm information storage) database as well as a data dictionary. This enables you to take any commercial report writer, such as Crystal Reports, and design reports for any special needs that you may have – true reporting flexibility and power.
