All distributor management functions can be handled through the software from a variety of angles.

Distributors can modify their own personal information only via the “Virtual Office” portion of MarketPOWER/Online (MPOL). Distributors are permitted to view downline genealogies and other related information via the Virtual Office, however they can update their own only.

Administrators are provided a more over arching view. Users with administrative rights can look up any distributor’s information and are permitted to modify the information. This assists customer service representatives in meeting distributor needs.
