ASP fees are charged based off the number of
“Active Income Centers” present in the system at the
time of monthly billing.
There
are 3 statuses of income centers within the system:
Active, Deactive and Deleted. Active income centers
are those that are in good standing with the
company. The active status does not mean that
they have made a purchase or sponsored anyone, just
that they are still in good standing with the
company.
Deactive is a penalty status that can be assigned
by an administrator to income centers who are no
longer in good standing with the company.
Deactive status is the lesser of the two penalty
statuses in the system. It is intended for
those income centers that may be on probation, but
are still affiliated with the company.
Deleted is the more severe of the two penalty
statuses. Once an income center is deleted by
an administrator, it is representative of the income
center having left or having been terminated.
If an income center is no longer active within
your company, apply either Deactive or Deleted
status in order to remove that income center from
the ASP fee billing schedule. |
